Hello and welcome, Its Caroline here, I am so excited to finally bring this event to life. Lifted Live is something I’ve wanted to create for a long time, and even more special that I get to co-host it alongside my beautiful friend Alex, a champion in inclusivity and diversity within our industry and melanated skin expert.

Earlier in our career's, attending industry events played such a huge role's in our growth both as Brow Tech's but also as business owners. Learning from others, watching artists work live, and building genuine connections and lifelong friendships shaped not just our skills, but confidence and direction within the industry.

Alex Met Debs at The Brow Awards and now she is the co-director and they own The Brow Awards together equally, how amazing is that!

The support I personally found in those spaces became the cornerstone of everything I’ve built since. And the opportunities, like for Alex, can be career changing.

That’s exactly the energy we want for Lifted Live.

No mean girl energy. No egos. Just genuine love, encouragement and support, on the day and beyond.

Between us, we’re bringing over 25 years of combined industry experience to the room. Everything shared throughout the day comes from real salon work, real clients, and years of learning, refining and showing up.

This is a relaxed, welcoming space to learn in real time, feel inspired, ask questions freely and connect with people who truly understand this industry.
